It brings personal and team goal setting, SMART goals, feedback collection, and periodic self-reflection reports into a development cycle. Users can set deadlines, log actions, share goals, request feedback from employees, colleagues, or customers, and connect feedback to goal timelines. This makes it a strong fit for small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations that want feedback to sit alongside goal management and employee development.
Pricing is organized across three plans. Starter costs €6 per user per month with monthly billing and includes personalized branding and standard content. Expert costs €5 per user per month with annual billing and adds extra content and an SSO link, while retaining personalized branding. Enterprise uses a custom quote and supports a package built for the organization. A 30-day trial is available without payment information.
