Trellus review
A feature-rich Chrome dialer for teams that need coaching and parallel workflows.

Trellus is a Chrome-based sales dialing and coaching platform for sales representatives and teams. It combines power dialing, parallel dialing, voicemail drops, real-time AI coaching, transcripts, call analytics, practice voice bots, number health tools, and a shared Salesfloor for live team visibility. It suits teams that want to add calling and conversation intelligence to existing CRM, sales-engagement, prospecting, spreadsheet, and phone-system workflows.
The published plans start with Power at $99.99 per user per month, billed monthly. It includes power dialing on supported platforms, Google Sheets, and Clay; voicemail drops; five additional phone numbers with spam remediation; and Superhuman for LinkedIn. Power + Parallel costs $149.99 per user per month and adds multi-line dialing, unlimited AI practice calls, and eight additional phone numbers with spam remediation. Business adds customizable AI research and real-time coaching, team analytics and conversational intelligence, custom reporting and AI modeling, and custom limits. There is no free plan, making Trellus a better fit for teams prepared to pay for coaching and dialing workflows rather than those seeking a lightweight entry option.
Workflow coverage is a central strength. Listed integrations include Attio, GoHighLevel, Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Pipedrive, Close CRM, Google Sheets, Gong Engage, Zoho CRM, Quo, lemlist, and Amplemarket. Teams can also use number health checks, number rotation, call scoring, and Salesfloor supervision alongside their existing processes. The trade-off is platform coverage: Trellus is delivered as a Chrome extension, and parallel dialing applies to supported workflows. Teams needing a broader standalone platform, or simple one-record dialing without coaching and analytics, may find its $99.99 starting price harder to justify.
