Our verdict on Tray ERP
Tray ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system for food and beverage manufacturers, co-manufacturers, bakeries, processors, and specialty producers. It brings receiving, inventory, lot and expiry traceability, recipe-driven bills of materials, production planning, quality checks, order fulfillment, barcode scanning, supplier scorecards, and regulatory records into one food manufacturing workflow. Its strongest fit is for teams that need traceability across ingredients, batches, recipes, allergens, and finished goods rather than a general-purpose inventory system.
The published plans show a paid structure beginning at CAD 509. Starter includes all core modules, lot traceability and allergen tracking, recipes and BOM, receiving QC, standard reports, and email support. Growth adds order and invoice CSV export, advanced reporting, barcode scanning, role-based access, and priority email and chat support. Scale adds a dedicated customer success manager, one custom integration, multi-location support, phone support, and API access. Enterprise adds a dedicated environment option, custom SLA, unlimited integrations, white-glove migration, and 24/7 priority support.
