Trail is a web-based checklist and work-management application for hospitality and leisure businesses. It supports opening checks, food-safety records, audits, maintenance logs, fire-safety checks, and other daily operations. Teams can create custom checklists and task templates, schedule recurring work, assign tasks to teams or users, and collect comments, photos, and files. Multi-site organizations can review historical records through dashboards, reports, alerts, and email updates, while offline completion and synchronization support work where connectivity is unreliable.
Pricing is organized by site rather than user. Team costs £38 per site per month on monthly billing or £32 on annual billing, with custom tasks, record logs, custom audits, task history, and in-app support. Standard costs £75 monthly or £65 annually per site and adds reporting dashboards, task prioritisation, custom user roles, corrective actions, customisable reports, and daily and weekly digests. Trail Evo costs £82.5 monthly or £71.5 annually per site and adds document storage, custom policy management, push notifications, APIs and integrations, SSO, and AI Co-Pilot.
