This makes it a focused fit for Kubernetes operators seeking a lighter routing layer rather than a broad, fully featured mesh platform.

Traffic management is the product’s strongest area. Traefik Mesh supports HTTP, TCP, and UDP modes, along with retries, circuit breaking, rate limiting, traffic splitting, and access-control lists.
