TradersFlow is a cloud-based business management app for tradespeople, contractors and service businesses. It brings customer records, job creation, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payment reminders, expenses, inventory, suppliers and purchase orders into one workflow. Quotes can convert to invoices, while customers can approve quotes, view invoices and submit work requests through the portal. The web interface and Android app suit businesses that want job administration and invoicing alongside operational control rather than a narrow invoice-only tool.

The plan structure is straightforward. Pro includes unlimited jobs, customers, quotes and invoices, plus scheduling, photos, document storage, payment reminders, a customer portal, quote approval, an AI assistant, stock, suppliers and purchase orders. Business includes everything in Pro and adds a finance and VAT centre, expense tracking, receipt storage, performance dashboards, reports, stock locations, stock transfers and CSV exports. The published subscription model is paid, with a 7-day free trial. According to the vendor's pricing information, subscription prices are region-specific and shown in the Android app through Google Play.

Its strongest distinction is breadth for trades businesses managing both customer work and physical stock. Inventory, suppliers and purchase orders extend the product beyond basic contractor invoicing, while AI-assisted business questions, insights and drafting use account records to support administration. There is an important boundary around payments: TradersFlow displays customer-supplied payment instructions but does not process customer invoice payments. Businesses seeking built-in online payment collection or established integrations should choose a product designed around those requirements instead. TradersFlow is a better fit for teams that want one system for jobs, documents, billing, expenses and inventory.
