It tracks received, overdue and upcoming payments, supports tenant-level records for shared housing, and generates PDF receipts with French legal details. It is available on the web and as an installable phone-and-computer PWA, with offline use and synchronization when online. Its focus is rent records rather than the broader work of managing a property.
