For landlords in France who mainly need to record rent and issue receipts, TrackMyRent keeps payment histories organized by property, tenant and month. It tracks received, overdue and upcoming payments, supports tenant-level records for shared housing, and generates PDF receipts with French legal details. It is available on the web and as an installable phone-and-computer PWA, with offline use and synchronization when online. Its focus is rent records rather than the broader work of managing a property.

The plans scale from basic tracking to receipts and exports. Gratuit is free and covers rent payment tracking and payment history; the product description specifies a limit of two properties and four tenants. Plus costs €29.90 per year and adds automatic receipts, receipt acknowledgements, advance receipt creation and three personal templates. Pro costs €89.70 per year and adds unlimited properties and templates, all notifications, CSV export and priority support. Plus and Pro send notifications by email, SMS or WhatsApp. A 30-day trial and a 14-day refund period are offered; the trial does not require a card. The stated annual prices are the useful basis for comparing tiers.

Offline sync and French-format receipts suit landlords who want a lightweight recordkeeping workflow, including shared-housing tracking. The product does not collect rent online, provide a tenant portal or manage maintenance, so landlords needing those workflows should look at a broader property-management system. The web app is installable in a phone browser rather than being a native iOS or Android store app. Pick TrackMyRent for tracking payments and receipts; skip it if you need tenant self-service or end-to-end property operations.
