Our verdict on TouchPoint One Acuity
TouchPoint One Acuity is a hosted performance-management platform for contact centers and customer-service organizations. It combines KPI aggregation, configurable scorecards, role-based dashboards, quality management, coaching, gamification, surveys, messaging and analytics. The platform is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams that need structured performance programs across voice, chat and ticket channels, with web and API access.
The published monthly plans are straightforward. Acuity Core costs $29.23 per user per month and includes hierarchy management, real-time connectors, performance scoring, business logic, dashboards and communication tools. Acuity Plus is also $29.23 per user per month and adds Sidekick coaching, A-GAME gamification, quality and compliance monitoring, surveys, quizzes, polls, performance reviews and performance-based pay modules. Acuity Max costs $41.61 per user per month and includes Core plus the full Tier 1 and Tier 2 add-on suite, including AutoQA, IQAssure, Acuity AI and TrainingCamp.ai. Multi-year discount options are available, while advanced AI, analytics, automation and transcription may carry additional fees.
Acuity’s ecosystem fit is a central strength. Integrations span Genesys, Oracle, Kronos, ADP, NICE inContact, Verint, Aspect, Avaya, SAP, Mitel, Workday, Cisco, Serenova, Ceridian and Talkdesk, with REST APIs and SFTP extending connectivity. Its standout capability is the combination of automated quality monitoring, sentiment analysis, predictive attrition and performance analytics with structured Sidekick coaching. That breadth suits organizations coordinating quality, engagement and performance workflows in one cloud system. Teams seeking a free option, self-hosted deployment or tightly focused workforce scheduling should consider alternatives; Acuity is better suited to contact-center programs that can support paid, cloud-based operations.
