topsOrtho is a practice management system built specifically for orthodontic practices. It brings office operations and patient care into one environment, covering appointment scheduling, online booking, treatment planning, insurance claims, billing, payments, messaging, reminders, imaging, and check-in. The platform is aimed at small and mid-market practices that need orthodontic-oriented workflows rather than a general dental clinic system. Its Patient Flow view adds a front-office perspective by showing waiting patients alongside treatment information.

Pricing is handled through contact sales, so practices need a vendor conversation to establish commercial terms. The deployment model is hybrid: the vendor describes cloud-powered access alongside a Mac-based app, with support for web, macOS, and iOS. That combination is suited to teams working across locations while retaining a Mac-centered office application. Support channels are email and phone, and the published support model does not provide 24/7 coverage. Practices should account for that coverage when planning operational support.

The strongest depth appears in orthodontic patient flow and treatment coordination.
