Top Producer is a web-based CRM for real estate agents, teams and brokerages that brings contacts, leads, listings and transactions into one system. It is designed for established MLS-focused professionals that need property insights, lead capture, automated follow-up and transaction management. Core capabilities include email and SMS communication, templates, listing alerts, branded MLS reports, email engagement tracking and AI-assisted message writing. The platform supports lead import and lead routing, but it does not include a website as part of the CRM plan.
The Pro plan costs $98 per user per month and includes automated SMS and email lead response, built-in transaction management, MLS integration with 320+ boards and branded MLS reports. Pro + Leads costs $479 per month and adds social-media leads with automated multi-touch response. Pro + Farming costs $599 per month and adds AI-powered farming and marketing, automated multi-channel marketing and listing pipeline tools. Team options include Pro Teams 5 at $399 per month, Pro Teams 10 at $699 per month and Pro Teams 25 at $1,199 per month. Pro Teams is listed at $299 for up to five users and includes shared contacts, communications and calendars. Pro + Smart Targeting adds predictive farming insights and automated multi-channel campaigns.
Integration coverage is a strong fit for agents whose workflows depend on MLS and common calendar and contact services. Top Producer connects with Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Microsoft Contacts, Microsoft Calendar, Apple iCloud Contacts, Apple Calendar, Zapier, FiveStreet, Facebook Ads and Google Forms. Access is browser-based, including on mobile devices, rather than through a native mobile app. Choose Top Producer for established agents and teams that value MLS connectivity, automation and transaction tools. Smaller practices or buyers prioritizing native mobile access and lower-cost lead generation may prefer a narrower or less expensive alternative.
