Timeweb Cloud provides cloud infrastructure for developers, businesses, and IT teams that need configurable virtual servers with root access. Its service scope extends beyond compute to load balancing, S3-compatible object storage, managed cloud databases, backups, snapshots, firewall rules, Kubernetes, and private networks. Servers and services are managed through a web control panel or API, with locations available in Russia, Europe, Kazakhstan, and the United States.

The published server lineup includes Cloud-40 with 2 × 3.3 GHz CPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe, and a 1 Gbit/s channel; Cloud-50 with 2 × 3.3 GHz CPU, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe, and a 1 Gbit/s channel; Cloud-80 with 4 × 3.3 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB NVMe, and a 1 Gbit/s channel; and Cloud-100 with 8 × 3.3 GHz CPU, 12 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe, and a 1 Gbit/s channel. According to the vendor's pricing page, Cloud-50 is listed at 1,080 RUB per month with annual billing. The service is paid and does not include a free plan.

Timeweb Cloud is particularly suited to teams that want infrastructure components in one platform and control over server configuration. Load balancing supports TCP, HTTP, HTTP/2, and HTTPS, while integrations with Terraform, Cloud-init, AWS CLI, s3cmd, and Cyberduck support infrastructure and object-storage workflows. Public API and CLI access add automation options, but the breadth of services and root-level control make it a better fit for technical users than for buyers seeking a basic, highly simplified hosting product. Choose it for configurable Russian-market cloud infrastructure; choose an alternative if you only need a minimal server.
