TidyHQ is a cloud-based administration platform for clubs, associations, sporting bodies, nonprofits and other community organisations. Its event tools cover free and paid ticketing, configurable attendee registration fields, member and group ticket restrictions, online payments, QR-code check-in, attendance tracking, reminders and reporting. It is best suited to groups that need event registration and onsite operations alongside contacts, memberships, finances and communications.
Pricing is structured around a free plan, Pro and Enterprise. Free includes unlimited contacts, members, administrators and invoices, plus 100 emails per month, two apps or integrations and a 30-day activity feed. Pro costs 690 USD per year and adds 30,000 emails per month, unlimited apps and integrations, an unlimited activity feed, priority support and an open API. Enterprise is designed for leagues, guilds and peak bodies, with cross-club reporting and visibility, linked members across clubs and an accounts manager. A 30-day free trial is also available.
TidyHQ connects with Xero, Stripe, Mailchimp, Zoom, Dropbox, MySideline, GameDay, Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets and HubSpot, while REST API and webhooks support further connections. Event workflows include duplication, multi-day events, automated confirmations and reminder emails, payment checkout and multi-gate scanning. Choose TidyHQ when free ticketing, check-in and event reporting are central requirements. Organisations seeking deeper membership administration or an attendee app should consider a more membership-focused alternative.
