Theron is a paid management platform for personal trainers, gyms, studios and nutrition practices. It brings client invitations, roster management, workout and meal plan building, compliance tracking, goal and weight monitoring, scheduling, coach notes, revenue tools and Excel exports into one system. Clients can use the mobile app to view assigned plans, log workouts and meals, and share progress data with coaches. The professional dashboard is available on the web, with iOS and Android apps supporting client-facing activity and management features.
Its strongest fit is a gym operating across multiple coaches or clients. The plan structure is organized around Gym tiers for 10, 25, 50, 100 or 200 seats, giving the product a clear roster-management orientation. Core capabilities remain consistent across the listed tiers: client management, meal and workout plans, progress and compliance monitoring, a web calendar, revenue tools and Excel exports. That breadth makes Theron more suitable for teams tracking both coaching delivery and business activity than for a trainer who only needs a simple workout planner.
Theron also covers the operational details that can be easy to split across separate tools.
