It brings workout program creation and delivery together with nutrition and macro tracking, habit coaching, progress tracking, messaging, appointments, classes, payments, forms, and group coaching. Coaches can support online, in-person, hybrid, and group programs through web, iOS, and Android experiences. Its broad feature set makes it a fit for coaches who want one system spanning client delivery and business operations.
The pricing structure starts with a free Basic plan that includes workout programs and delivery, basic in-app messaging, habit and lifestyle coaching, and 1 coaching client seat. Grow costs $9 per month and adds the AI Workout Builder, custom client programs, meal and macro tracking, a Trainerize.me profile, and integrations with client apps and wearables.
