ABC Trainerize is a coaching platform for personal trainers, fitness professionals, and training businesses. It brings workout program creation and delivery together with nutrition and macro tracking, habit coaching, progress tracking, messaging, appointments, classes, payments, forms, and group coaching. Coaches can support online, in-person, hybrid, and group programs through web, iOS, and Android experiences. Its broad feature set makes it a fit for coaches who want one system spanning client delivery and business operations.

The pricing structure starts with a free Basic plan that includes workout programs and delivery, basic in-app messaging, habit and lifestyle coaching, and 1 coaching client seat. Grow costs $9 per month and adds the AI Workout Builder, custom client programs, meal and macro tracking, a Trainerize.me profile, and integrations with client apps and wearables. Pro 5 costs $23 per month and adds custom exercise videos, welcome emails, consultation forms, advanced messaging, leaderboards, and threshold challenges. Studio Plus costs $248 per month and adds group video calls, custom recipes and meals, referral links, prospect booking, full API access and support, advanced branding, and onboarding. A 30-day free trial is also offered.

Platform coverage is a major consideration. ABC Trainerize supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, with integrations including Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, MyFitnessPal, Stripe, Google Calendar, YouTube, Zapier, Mindbody, ABC Glofox, and ABC Ignite. It is well suited to coaches combining programming, nutrition, habits, scheduling, payments, communities, and challenges. Coaches needing only simple workout delivery may find its wider business and client-management scope unnecessary, while studios and full-service practices have more reason to choose it.
