TheBigBot review
A broad lead-capture and CRM platform for service businesses with a high starting price.

TheBigBot is a done-for-you AI CRM and lead-capture platform for local service businesses, including mortgage, dental, legal, HVAC, fitness, roofing and salon companies. It combines multi-step forms, landing pages, pop-ups, quizzes and surveys with CRM synchronization, follow-up workflows, appointment booking, messaging, payments and review management. Its strongest fit is a business with high-value inquiries that needs qualification, routing and ongoing follow-up in one platform rather than a standalone form builder.
Pricing reflects that broader scope. Authority Launch costs $197 per month and includes a done-for-you website and onboarding, all platform features, lead capture, CRM, automation and an AI receptionist. Authority Pro costs $497 per month and adds a weekly blog engine, weekly social media engine and an authority growth system. A separate one-time setup option costs $499 for done-for-you onboarding and configuration. The vendor's pricing page also lists separate usage fees, so the recurring plan price is only part of the commercial picture. Businesses seeking a low-cost capture tool or a free starting tier should look elsewhere.
The feature set is broad, with drag-and-drop landing pages, 50+ templates, multi-page funnels, A/B testing and trigger-based pop-ups. Automatic CRM synchronization can include source, tags and scoring, while routing sends leads into different follow-up flows based on their answers. Integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, Make, webhooks, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Twilio, LeadConnector and several industry platforms, including Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, BytePro, Arive and Dentrix. Spam controls include reCAPTCHA, honeypots, rate limiting and email verification. Choose TheBigBot when managed setup and industry-oriented lead workflows justify the cost; choose a narrower tool when you only need simple forms or landing pages.
