Our verdict on The Dude
The Dude is MikroTik’s on-premises network monitoring utility for administrators responsible for networks and connected devices. It is distributed as a legacy Windows client and as a RouterOS package for supported MikroTik devices. The software automatically scans devices within specified subnets, creates network maps, monitors device services, and generates alerts when monitored services have problems.
