The BIG Agent is a web-based transaction management system for independent real estate agents, brokers, loan officers, and mortgage lenders. Its core workflows cover buyer and seller consultations, listing management, open-house QR check-in, offer management, buyer-agency disclosures, electronic signature requests, notifications, and shared CRM contact management. It is best suited to agents and offices that want one workspace for offer and buyer-seller workflows rather than a narrowly focused listing tool.
Pricing is organized around individual, broker-office, and enterprise use. The Individual Real Estate Agent plan costs $49.99 per user per month when billed annually and includes the web-based agent portal, consultation workflows, listing management, open-house QR check-in, offer management, and buyer-agency disclosure and DocuSign support. The Real Estate Broker Office plan costs $499.99 per month and adds up to 100 agent landing pages, an open-house disclosure compliance engine, and shared CRM contact management. Enterprise adds unlimited individual broker offices, unlimited agent seats, a loan officer transaction portal, self-managed partner portals, and agent onboarding controls.
The platform’s ecosystem is concentrated around related transaction and signature workflows. DocuSign supports electronic signature requests, The BIG Point of Sale enables mortgage-file tracking when paired with The BIG Agent, and MAT Kiosk Hardware is an available integration. System email notifications, TCPA opt-ins, disclosure history, and attendee activity logging support communication and recordkeeping. Buyers who need listing, offer, disclosure, and consultation workflows should find the scope relevant. Teams prioritizing deadline automation or broader transaction-management controls may prefer a product built more specifically around those capabilities.
