The Agency CRM is an all-in-one customer relationship and operations platform for agencies, IT companies, consultancies, and other service businesses. It follows the client lifecycle from lead capture and visual pipeline management through proposals, e-signatures, project delivery, time tracking, invoicing, retainers, and client feedback. Teams can also manage email marketing, workflow automation, AI-assisted quotes and summaries, and client portals from the same system. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support different operating models.
Pricing is structured as a freemium model with a seven-day free trial that requires no credit card. The Free plan includes basic CRM and pipeline features, 41+ connectors, and email support. Starter costs €29 per month and adds basic automations, 500 AI credits per month, and white-label email. Pro costs €79 per month and adds unlimited clients, unlimited invoices, AI writer and scraper tools, advanced automations, and full white-label capabilities. Business costs €199 per month and adds multi-tenant white-label, API access, webhooks, priority support, dedicated onboarding, and custom domains on all tenants. Enterprise adds custom AI models, a dedicated success manager, an SLA and uptime guarantee, and SSO, SAML, and SCIM. Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR, excluding VAT.
Its ecosystem covers Gmail and Outlook synchronization, Google Calendar, Slack, Stripe, Mollie, WhatsApp, Zapier, Exact Online, Moneybird, Make, and a REST API. The platform is suited to agencies that want sales and service operations connected rather than split across separate tools. The Free plan offers a low-commitment starting point, while larger teams can add white-labeling, automation, API capabilities, and enterprise controls. Organizations seeking only a focused contact database or sales pipeline may find its project, billing, marketing, and client-portal scope broader than necessary.
