Testlify is a web-based talent assessment and interviewing platform for hiring teams that need more than basic skills testing. Its library includes 3,500+ validated tests covering skills, cognitive, personality, behavioral, and job-fit assessments. Teams can also create custom assessments, configure question types, run coding tests and live coding environments, conduct one-way or conversational AI interviews, and screen resumes with AI. Candidate reports, question-level analytics, benchmarking, and shareable scorecards support structured decisions across hiring stakeholders.
The published Standard plan uses credit-based pricing and includes three user seats, unlimited assessments, 3,500+ tests, and email and chat support. The plan includes 100 credits per year, with credits consumed when candidates start assessments, so hiring teams should plan usage around their candidate volume. A seven-day trial provides a short evaluation window.
