TendersOnTime is a paid public procurement intelligence portal for suppliers, exporters, consultants, contractors, OEMs and larger organizations. It aggregates tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, contract awards, projects and procurement information from worldwide sources. Teams can search opportunities, apply keyword filters, access tender documents and archives, track awards, and receive customized daily email alerts. The service is available through web access and an API, with coverage organized by country, region or global access.

Pricing is structured around six paid plans: One Country, One Region, Global Basic, Global Premium, Global Platinum and Global Enterprise. One Country and One Region focus on their respective geographic scopes, while the four Global plans cover all regions. The plans include tenders, unlimited website access, unlimited tender downloads, unlimited keyword search and archived tenders; the first two also show a dashboard. The starting price is 295, with annual 12-month validity and payment in one shot. Global Enterprise adds API data delivery, while higher tiers are associated with multiple accounts, contract awards, bid consultancy and analytics.

Its strongest fit is opportunity discovery across multiple markets, especially where classification systems such as CPV, UNSPSC and NAICS, multilingual translation and document access help teams screen large tender volumes. TendersOnTime also extends beyond tender listings into projects, procurement news and contract award tracking. It is less suited to organizations seeking a complete bid execution workspace: compliance management, approval workflows, content libraries and collaboration are not established as core capabilities. Choose it for global sourcing intelligence and alerts; consider another tool when the priority is managing the full bid lifecycle after an opportunity is found.
