TenderOS turns tender and RFP documents into structured bid workspaces for teams that need to coordinate analysis and response preparation. It extracts requirements, deadlines, requested documents, and mandatory clauses, then organizes them in a compliance matrix with owners and status. Its Company Brain stores company evidence such as certifications, policies, case studies, and approved answers. The product matches evidence to requirements and supports grounded response drafting, while teams can track gaps, collaborate, review addenda, and export compliance matrices and submission materials. It is aimed at solo through enterprise teams, though the cost of a paid workspace is a more natural fit for recurring bid work than occasional tender review.

Traceability and workflow control are the central strengths. Page-level source links let reviewers trace extracted requirements back to the tender, while ownership and status in the compliance matrix help teams track responsibility. Evidence matching and grounded drafting connect existing company materials to specific requirements rather than treating response writing as a blank-page task. Deadline and requested-document tracking, addendum change detection, collaboration, and approvals extend that process through review. Word, PDF, and Excel exports support taking work out of the workspace. TenderOS focuses on analysis and response control; it does not provide opportunity discovery, so teams seeking a tool to find tenders should consider a different product or pair it with another service.

The Free Tender Analyzer is a one-time, browser-based tender preview. Starter costs $299 per month and adds requirement extraction with source traceability, a compliance matrix, evidence matching, grounded drafting, team collaboration, and approvals. Business is $799 per month, adding six user roles, approval separated from editing, addendum detection, audit logs, and API access. Pro is $1,499 per month, with everything in Business plus audit logging on material actions and a retention policy. Enterprise has contract-based pricing and offers custom volumes and seat counts, single sign-on, regional data storage, and custom retention periods. Choose TenderOS if traceable analysis and managed response workflows justify a paid workspace; teams wanting only an occasional preview can start with the free analyzer.
