Telmetra combines browser-based remote access with live monitoring for Windows devices. It is aimed at small IT teams and managed service providers supporting client PCs, with attended Quick Support sessions for one-time assistance and unattended remote control for managed computers. Technicians work through a web console, while endpoints run Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server. The feature set extends beyond access to CPU, RAM, disk, services, and event-log monitoring; email and push alerts; Windows patch visibility; file transfer; clipboard support; ticketing; and task tracking.

Pricing follows a simple two-stage model. The “First computer” plan is free forever, provides full platform access for one device, and requires no credit card. Each “Additional computer” costs €2.50 per device per month, with VAT excluded. That paid tier includes unattended remote control, Quick Support, live monitoring and alerts, Windows patch visibility, backups, and session recording. Scheduled folder and SQL Server backups add operational coverage, while optional session recording and an audit trail support review of remote sessions. For a small environment, the free first device makes evaluation or limited use inexpensive; costs rise directly with each additional endpoint.

Telmetra’s strongest fit is a Windows-centered support workflow that benefits from combining remote access with operational visibility in one web console. Its integrations include Google Drive, Backblaze B2, and a file server, giving the backup features defined storage destinations. The trade-off is a narrow platform profile: browser-based technician access and Windows endpoint support make it less suitable for teams managing varied operating systems or requiring broader ecosystem coverage. Choose Telmetra for low-cost Windows monitoring, remote assistance, alerts, backups, and ticketing; choose an alternative when cross-platform endpoint management is central.
