It combines browser-based messaging, conversation history, contact and group management, campaigns, routing, automation, delivery monitoring, and developer APIs. Teams can connect virtual numbers, sender IDs, shortcodes, Android phones, or third-party messaging providers. It fits organizations managing recurring communication programs, two-way messaging, or multi-country operations across web, Android, and API environments.
The freemium structure gives teams a low-cost starting point. The free plan includes 50 messages per day, 50 stored contacts, and two automated services. The Starter plan costs $49 per month or $490 per year and adds a campaign builder, segmentation, custom automation, and API, webhooks, and MCP access. Pro costs $149 per month or $1,490 per year, adding advanced custom automation, click tracking, airtime top-up and transfer, and automatic message resend and failover. Growth costs $399 per month or $3,990 per year and adds branded short links, contact synchronization across multiple projects, advanced custom automation, and priority support. Message delivery is billed separately through the customer's provider or Telerivet partner routes.
