A broad web-based CMMS with training features, priced from $999 per account per year.

TeamWork CMMS brings maintenance operations into one web-based system for facilities, property, manufacturing, fleet, education, healthcare, and hospitality teams. It covers work-order assignment and scheduling, asset histories, preventive maintenance, inspections, inventory, vendors, reporting, and technician labor logging. The requester portal lets people submit maintenance requests without a full account, while QR codes provide access to asset records. Its workforce capabilities include skills and certification tracking, maintenance planning, and a built-in LMS, making it particularly relevant to organizations that need training and workforce controls alongside maintenance workflows.
The published annual plans scale by account capacity and included functions. Starter costs $999 per account per year and includes 15 staff seats, 2,500 assets, 500 open work orders, 100 locations, the requester portal, reports, and CSV export. Pro costs $3,499 per account per year and raises those limits to 50 staff seats, 25,000 assets, 5,000 open work orders, and 1,000 locations; it also adds preventive maintenance schedules and parts and inventory tracking. Unlimited costs $7,999 per account per year and removes the listed caps on seats, assets, open work orders, and locations, with all features included. A 30-day free trial is offered, but there is no free plan. For organizations that need the Pro maintenance and inventory features, the annual price jump from Starter is an important budget consideration.
Integration options include REST API access, signed webhooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, iCal, and Zapier. The product is web-only, with mobile-responsive web access, so teams seeking a dedicated mobile platform may prefer another option. Its breadth is useful when inspections, contractor coordination, asset records, and employee training belong in the same maintenance operation; smaller teams seeking only work-order tracking may find that breadth and annual account pricing harder to justify. Choose TeamWork CMMS when its workforce controls and linked maintenance workflows match operational needs; consider a narrower or mobile-platform alternative if they do not.
