Our verdict on Teamhood

Teamhood is a web-based project management and collaboration platform for teams, agencies, engineering groups, software developers, and enterprises. Its visual planning model combines Kanban boards, Gantt charts, list, timeline, and calendar views with tasks, subtasks, recurring tasks, and dependencies. Workload and capacity management, time tracking, reporting, guest access, workflow automations, and portfolio analytics make it suited to teams coordinating complex work without limiting planning to a single view.

The freemium structure gives smaller teams a practical starting point. The Personal plan costs $0 per license per month on monthly billing and supports up to 10 users, unlimited projects and workspaces, Kanban, Gantt, and list views, plus Slack and Teams integrations. The Team plan costs $9.50 per license per month when billed annually and adds time tracking, workload management, reports, dashboards, exports, guest viewers, calendar and advanced integrations, and automations. Business costs $19 per license per month annually and adds global company reports, private boards and data fields, guest collaborators up to 40, API access, and unlimited storage. Enterprise adds flexible data hosting, SSO, user provisioning, advanced security and administration, and custom contract and compliance support. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Teamhood fits organizations that value visual planning alongside capacity management and operational reporting. Its web, API, and self-hosted coverage supports varied deployment needs, while listed connections include Azure DevOps, Outlook Calendar, SharePoint / OneDrive, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zapier, Open API, SSO, and SCIM. Teams needing private boards, API access, or broader company reporting should consider Business; organizations requiring advanced security, administration, or compliance support should consider Enterprise. Smaller teams can choose Personal, while teams seeking a larger integration ecosystem may prefer an alternative.
