Our verdict on SweepOps
SweepOps is cloud software for cleaning service businesses, with tools for owners and dispatchers to schedule jobs, assign cleaners, manage client records, and communicate with customers. Its dispatch calendar offers day, week, and month views with cleaner and job-status filters. Cleaner assignment, a portal for assigned jobs, online booking, and automated SMS and branded email notifications support day-to-day coordination. Solo operators and small teams that want scheduling and client updates in one system are the clearest fit; businesses that need online payment collection should look elsewhere for that workflow.
The plans use flat monthly pricing rather than per-cleaner fees. Starter costs $29 per month and includes recurring schedules, a client database, a financial dashboard, Google Calendar two-way sync, and Telegram alerts. Growth costs $49 per month and adds unlimited jobs, roles and permissions, editable SMS and email templates, and a financial dashboard with revenue, margin, payouts, and top clients. Pro costs $89 per month and adds API access and webhooks, CSV exports, white-label SMS with a dedicated number, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available without a card requirement. The pricing makes core scheduling and calendar sync available at the entry tier, while operational controls and data access are tiered upward.
Its strongest fit is coordinating jobs and keeping clients informed: scheduled communications cover confirmations, reminders, updates, and cancellations, while records can hold client contacts, addresses, history, and notes. Google Calendar and Telegram are the named integrations, and the product is web-only. Payment tracking and financial reporting can help operators monitor job-level payments and business performance, but collection through online payments is not currently available. Teams focused on dispatch and communication can consider SweepOps; teams requiring online payment collection or a non-web platform should choose another option.
