SurePassID is a multi-factor authentication platform for organizations protecting IT, operational technology, remote access, legacy applications, and critical infrastructure. Its scope spans Windows, macOS, Linux, RDP, SSH, VPN, RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, reverse proxies, APIs, and identity-provider integrations. Authentication options include FIDO2/WebAuthn, biometrics, PINs, mobile push, PIV smart cards, X.509 certificates, OATH OTP methods, SMS, IVR, and challenge-response. That makes it a fit for teams that need more than a standard cloud login prompt, particularly where passwordless, phishing-resistant, adaptive, or specialized authentication flows matter.
Deployment flexibility is a central strength. SurePassID Cloud MFA is priced at $48 per user per year with a tenant in the vendor's SaaS public cloud, 99.999% availability, and 12x5 support through email, phone, and Teams meetings. SurePassID On-Prem MFA costs $60 per user per year and supports air-gapped, on-premise, private-cloud, and multi-cloud deployment through a VM or Windows Installer File, across Windows and Linux. SurePassID MFA-as-Code is also $60 per user per year, with 100% automated deployment for air-gapped private cloud in Azure Commercial, GCC, and GCC High. All three plans offer 24/7 premium support.
