Our verdict on SuperFax
SuperFax is an email-based internet fax service for individuals and businesses that need to send and receive faxes without a traditional fax machine. Users can email attachments to send faxes and receive incoming faxes in their email inbox. It suits small offices seeking basic fax workflows, local or toll-free fax numbers, and support for common document formats. The service also supports international faxing and lets customers receive faxes while the computer is off.
Pricing is monthly and paid, with a 7-day trial. The entry price is 9.75 per month for the 604 Lite plan, which provides a local 604 fax number. Toll-Free Lite costs 10.95 per month and includes a toll-free fax number. The Premium plans cost 17.75 per month for 604 Premium and 15.95 per month for Toll-Free Premium. Pro plans cost 28.95 per month for 604 Pro and 29.95 per month for Toll-Free Pro. Monthly allowances cover both sent and received pages, and the service supports up to 250 monthly pages. The plan names distinguish number type and tier, while the listed highlights focus on the fax number included.
For everyday operations, SuperFax combines email faxing with automatic retries for failed transmissions, email delivery confirmations, online usage reporting, and Microsoft Outlook faxing. A single fax can go to up to 20 recipients, and one fax can include up to 50 documents. These features make it a practical fit for small teams with recurring inbound and outbound fax needs. It is less suitable for organizations seeking broader integrations or access beyond the web, since Microsoft Outlook is the only listed integration and web is the only listed platform. Choose SuperFax for simple email-centered faxing; look elsewhere if platform breadth is a priority.
