Strategy One is an enterprise business intelligence platform for medium and large organizations. It brings together interactive dashboards, pixel-perfect reporting, a governed semantic layer, natural-language analytics through Auto, embedded dashboards and AI agents, scheduled report delivery, and mobile analytics with offline access. The platform supports web, iOS, Android, and API use, with row-level security filters assigned to users or groups.
According to the published plans, Standard starts at $13 per user per month with monthly billing. It is intended for teams from 50 to 300 users and includes cloud-native architecture, 100+ data sources, and up to 150 GB of in-memory data capacity. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. Enterprise adds a fully managed offering, hybrid and multi-cloud capabilities, expandable users, and deployment to any hyperscaler. Government includes FedRAMP authorization, AWS Gov Cloud hosting, and government-grade security and capability.
Its main strength is breadth across reporting, governance, AI-assisted analysis, embedding, mobile access, and data connectivity. Integrations include AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, STACKIT, a REST API, and more than 100 data connectors. Real-time refresh, scheduled reports, embedded analytics, natural-language queries, and row-level security support larger reporting environments with varied access needs. Strategy One is a strong fit for organizations that need governed reporting across cloud and hybrid settings. Smaller teams seeking a free starting point or a narrowly focused analytics tool should look elsewhere.
