Our verdict on Stormboard
Stormboard is a collaborative digital workspace for individuals and teams running brainstorming sessions, workshops, project planning, and business-process activities. Its shared sticky notes, whiteboard areas, infinite canvas templates, diagram shapes, connector lines, voting, task assignment, and invited viewers support both open-ended ideation and more structured collaboration. Workshop teams can use it across web browsers, Windows, iOS, and Android, with API access for custom integrations.
The plan structure separates personal use from broader team work. The Personal plan allows five open Storms and five users per Storm, with pre-made templates plus basic reporting and exports. The Business plan costs $10 USD per user per month when billed monthly and adds unlimited Storms, collaborators and viewers, advanced reporting, customizable templates, and live co-editing with Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Enterprise adds unlimited members and guests, security and compliance features, priority support, and training. A free plan and a 30-day free trial provide lower-commitment entry points.
