StockFlow is a cloud-based inventory management platform for small businesses, ecommerce sellers, and small manufacturers. Its feature set covers real-time inventory tracking across locations, phone-based barcode and QR code scanning, low-stock and reorder alerts, sales and purchase orders, stock history, transfers, reporting, and CSV import and export. Manufacturing-focused tools include bills of materials, work orders, and inventory-led manufacturing. Warehouse roles, supplier and customer records, and mobile app access on the Starter plan extend its use beyond basic stock counts.
The plan structure makes StockFlow accessible to smaller operations. Starter costs $0 per month and includes 25 items, 2 users, 1 warehouse, core inventory tracking, barcode and QR code scanning, and mobile app access. Professional costs $9 per month and raises the limits to 2,000 items, 5 users, and 2 warehouses while adding sales and purchase orders, pick lists, stock counts, reports, and data export. Business costs $29 per month for 5,000 items, 8 users, and 5 warehouses, plus priority support and a dedicated success manager.
