Stock Register combines inventory control, billing and tax workflows for Indian retailers and other small businesses managing stock across stores or godowns. It supports store-level inventory, transfers, low-stock monitoring, barcode labels and scanning, purchase orders, batch and expiry tracking, FIFO valuation, stock movement reports, GST and non-GST invoices, party ledgers and expense tracking. Cloud synchronization connects the web app with Android, making it suited to solo operators and small teams that need mobile and browser access.
The published annual plans start with Basic Plus at ₹3,000 per year for one user, three stores or godowns, unlimited items and inventory, plus phone and WhatsApp support. Advance Plus costs ₹4,800 per year and adds owner-plus-staff access and staff access control while retaining three stores or godowns. Advance Pro costs ₹8,000 per year and adds an approval workflow and activity timeline. Manufacturing, Manufacturing Plus and Manufacturing Pro plans add manufacturing capabilities, with Manufacturing Plus specifying staff access and unlimited stores. A free plan is available, along with a seven-day trial that does not require a card; refunds are available within three days of purchase. Prices are exclusive of GST.
