Stepsi brings class scheduling and studio administration into one platform for children’s dance schools, adult recreational studios, competition programs, and professional schools. It supports one-time and recurring classes, multiple calendars for locations and rooms, slot or numbered-seat bookings, automated waitlists, instructor assignments, attendance history, memberships, class packs, recurring tuition billing, online payments, communications, reporting, and website tools. Members can browse schedules and book through web and mobile experiences, while staff manage rosters, billing, attendance, and member information.
Its pricing structure makes it accessible to smaller class businesses. The Free plan is €0 per month with annual billing and includes all application features for up to 25 active members. Plus costs €30 per month, Grow €60, Pro €130, and Max €260, each with annual billing and member limits of 100, 250, 600, and 1,500 respectively.
