Our verdict on Steegle.One
Steegle.One is an intranet platform built on Google Sites and Google Workspace. It brings company news, employee profiles, organizational charts, document libraries, calendars, recognition tools, and internal resources into a centralized portal. The product is aimed at organizations using Google Workspace for employee communication, knowledge management, onboarding, and access to shared company information, from small companies to large installations.
Its main strength is ecosystem fit. Google Sites supports intranet page creation and editing, while Google Drive search provides permission-aware access to documents. Integrations with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Directory, AppSheet, and Google Meet extend the portal across familiar Workspace services. Employee profiles can synchronize with Google Directory, audience targeting can use Google Groups and Organizational Units, and AI People Search is powered by Google Gemini. The feature set also includes news publishing with comments, reactions, images, and newsletters, plus recognition, celebrations, and milestone tracking.
