Statuspal brings hosted status pages, service monitoring, and incident communication together for CTO, DevOps/SRE, and support teams. Teams can publish public pages or restrict private pages to authenticated users or network IPs, report incidents and updates, and schedule maintenance notices. Monitoring can trigger incident creation automatically, connecting operational signals with customer-facing communication. It is aimed at organizations that want more than a page for posting updates, particularly those notifying a sizable subscriber audience across multiple channels.
According to the vendor’s monthly pricing, Hobby costs $46 and includes unlimited public pages, five team members, 500 subscribers, 10 monitored services, and any language. Startup costs $99 and adds private pages, 20 team members, 1,000 subscribers, 30 monitored services, two languages, and external service status. Business is $299, with 50 team members, 4,000 subscribers, 100 monitored services, three languages, and single sign-on.
