StatoDesk review
A focused real estate CRM for agencies that need matching, documents and portals.

StatoDesk is a paid real estate CRM for European agencies and independent agents. It brings client-property matching, document management, two-sided electronic signatures, branded client portals and listing publication into one web-based service. Lead intake covers buyer and owner inquiries, while owner inquiries can be routed to the active agency in a city. The product is particularly suited to agencies managing several offices, shared workflows and client-facing documents rather than teams seeking a broad marketing suite.
Pricing is structured across four monthly plans. Solo costs €29 per month for one user and includes the CRM, matching, document management, e-signatures, a client portal and publication on the StatoDesk portal. Team costs €79 per month for up to 5 users, adding a communication log, team calendar, kanban and priority email support. Agency costs €149 per month for up to 10 agents and adds multi-office management and the agency’s own branding. Enterprise costs €15 per seat per month, requires at least 11 seats, and includes API access, custom integrations and an SLA. The published plans therefore fit both small practices and larger teams, but the Enterprise entry requirement makes that tier a commitment for smaller offices.
The standout strength is the connection between operational workflows and client delivery: matching, document handling, signatures, portals, publication and inquiry intake are covered in one product. Team calendars and kanban add internal coordination, while multi-office controls help agencies with distributed operations. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem and feature scope than a full real estate CRM: mobile access, broader integrations, deeper marketing capabilities and verified automation are not part of the listed positioning. Choose StatoDesk if portals, documents and multi-office administration are central; consider alternatives if mobile work, extensive integrations or advanced marketing are priorities.
