The Platform plan includes bookings, pre-orders, loyalty, marketing, reviews and gift cards. Pricing is quote-based, with a monthly flat price per venue. Its feature depth centers on bringing operational and engagement data together: audience segments can use guest and behavioral data, while workflows can trigger customer communications.
