Stageo is a web-based management platform for camp and activity organisers. It brings together online registration, waiting lists, automatic confirmations, payment collection, instalments, deposit billing, invoicing and certificates. Families can register children, select weeks and activities, manage registrations, and access invoices and documents through a parent dashboard. Organisers can collect medical, allergy, consent and emergency information, plan activities, assign groups, manage capacity, track attendance and send bulk updates. The platform also serves sports clubs, academies, schools and other activity providers.
Pricing is quote-based, with monthly rates varying according to revenue and team size. The Essential plan includes all features, an online help center, email support and platform updates. Professional also includes all features, while adding priority responses, onboarding assistance, dedicated website consultation and extended training.
