Stack2 Email review
A practical choice for teams that want unlimited mailboxes under shared storage limits.

Stack2 Email is an Australian-hosted business email service for solo users, small businesses, agencies and teams. Its plans are billed per shared storage pool rather than per mailbox, with unlimited email accounts and domains. Users can access mail through browser-based webmail, POP or IMAP, while platforms include web, iOS and Android through third-party apps. The service also includes spam filtering, DKIM and SPF configuration, daily mailbox backups with 30-day retention, and mailbox migration assistance.
Pricing is structured around four monthly storage pools: Email 10 GB costs AUD 8 per pool and includes unlimited accounts, POP and IMAP, and 200 outbound emails per hour. Email 20 GB costs AUD 15 and raises the limit to 300 outbound emails per hour. Email 40 GB costs AUD 29, while Email 80 GB costs AUD 57; both include 300 outbound emails per hour. The shared-pool model can suit organizations with many addresses and uneven mailbox usage, but the available storage is shared across all accounts rather than provided per mailbox.
For operational continuity, Stack2 Email combines filtering, authentication controls, daily backups and migration assistance for mailboxes from cPanel, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. That makes it a focused fit for organizations moving existing email or managing multiple domains without paying per account. It is less suitable for teams that need an integrated calendar or a native mobile application, or for buyers seeking broader collaboration features alongside email. Choose it when pooled storage and unlimited addresses matter most; consider an alternative when calendar functionality is central.
