SplendidCRM is a web-based customer relationship management application for organizations using Microsoft-based servers. It brings together accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, and tasks with campaign management, email marketing, web-to-lead capture, reporting, product and quote management, orders, invoices, payments, workflows, and security controls. Teams can choose hosted deployment, self-hosted software, or the free open-source Community Edition. Android applications and browser-based mobile clients extend access beyond the main web application, while an HTML5 offline client supports work without a continuous connection.

Pricing is divided across hosted and on-premise editions. Community Hosted costs $5 per user per month, billed monthly, and includes core CRM features, hosted deployment, and a minimum of five users. Community On-Premise is the open-source edition with core CRM features on a SQL Server platform. Professional Hosted costs $20 per user per month, billed monthly, adding reporting, team management, order management, and Exchange and cloud synchronization. Enterprise Hosted costs $32 per user per month, billed monthly, with reporting, dynamic teams, workflow, and synchronization. Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate On-Premise editions cost $300, $480, and $960 per user, respectively, with higher tiers adding workflow, dynamic teams, Azure deployment, and advanced CRM capabilities. Hosted plans also add hosting costs.

The product fits teams that want broad CRM coverage with control over deployment and data integrations. Connections include Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Gmail, Google Apps, Apple iCloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, QuickBooks Online, Twilio, and Asterisk, alongside a REST API. Its combination of marketing automation, synchronization, mobile access, offline capability, and self-hosting gives it scope beyond a basic contact manager. Teams should consider it when open-source access, Microsoft-oriented infrastructure, and configurable deployment matter most. It is less suitable for organizations seeking a narrowly focused, modern cloud-only CRM experience or a platform whose documentation consistently reflects the latest product versions.
