Spacemail is a paid business email hosting service for individuals, small businesses, and teams using custom domains. It combines webmail with calendar and contacts, aliases, catch-all mailboxes, Jellyfish anti-spam protection, two-factor authentication, and access through IMAP, SMTP, and POP3. Native Android and iOS apps extend access beyond the browser, while the AI email assistant adds assistance within the mailbox experience. It fits organizations that want hosted email without giving up standard mail-client support.

The published plans scale by mailbox count, storage, and alias capacity. Pro includes one mailbox, 5 GB per mailbox, and 10 aliases per mailbox. Business increases the allocation to three mailboxes, 10 GB per mailbox, and 50 aliases per mailbox. Advanced includes five mailboxes, 15 GB per mailbox, and unlimited aliases per mailbox. All three plans include Email and Calendar, 2FA protection, and the AI email assistant. A 30-day trial provides an evaluation period, but the service is otherwise paid rather than free.

Spacemail also supports Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and Spark, making it suitable for teams that want to keep familiar mail applications. Its built-in migration tool can import email from another provider, and domains registered with third-party providers are supported. The service is available on web, iOS, and Android. Choose Spacemail for straightforward custom-domain hosting, standard protocol access, and a compact set of productivity features. Organizations needing larger mailbox allocations or broader collaboration capabilities should consider an alternative with greater plan depth.
