SortedResearch is a web-based customer-research platform for teams running card sort studies. Researchers can create open, closed or hybrid sorts, invite remote participants through a phone-optimized flow, and review results with similarity matrices, dendrograms and 3D cluster views. Participant quality checks, segments, AI-assisted group naming and Graham insight reports extend the workflow beyond data collection. Innovation, insight and development teams can use it for structured information-architecture research across solo, small, mid-market or enterprise settings.
Pricing is organized around study volume and collaboration needs. The Free plan provides one trial study, up to 10 participants, full study and analysis, and one Graham insight report, but does not include report downloads. Individual costs $49 per month and adds unlimited projects and participants, Graham-based naming and quality checks, unlimited insight reports, PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel downloads, and email support. Team costs $99 per month, includes everything in Individual, and adds up to three seats from a company domain, roles, shared studies and folders, plus priority email support.
