Solve360 review
A contact-history and task-focused CRM with Google tools, support tickets, and workflows.

Solve360 brings contact and company records together with the work and support activity around them. Teams can keep relationship history, tasks, projects, follow-ups, and support tickets connected rather than scattered across separate records. Its custom fields, tags, forms, and record types suit groups that want to shape those records around their processes. Small teams whose daily CRM work centers on contact context and task workflows are the clearest fit; teams seeking a sales-pipeline-led system may want a different emphasis.
The current Solve offering has one listed plan, Solve, at $39 per user per month with monthly billing. The published plan includes full web and iOS apps, pay-per-user pricing, and no hidden tiers. A 14-day free trial is available, and no card is required to start it. This makes the cost structure straightforward, though a single listed price may be a poor fit for teams looking for a lower entry tier or a choice of plan levels.
Google integration is a practical part of its day-to-day fit: Solve can link email through Gmail and schedule and synchronize with Google Calendar. Google Sheets and Drive are also listed, alongside API access and webhooks for connecting other workflows. Automation can assign work and send notifications, while ticket tracking adds ownership, priority, and status fields. Norada identifies Solve CRM as its original platform and says it remains available to existing customers; the current site presents the active offering as Solve. Choose it for shared relationship history, follow-up coordination, and support tracking. Consider an alternative if sales-pipeline depth is the central requirement or if you need multiple price tiers.
