SolidLayer is a web-based external security ratings platform for IT teams, MSPs, vendor onboarding, cyber-insurance reviews, and third-party risk assessment. It evaluates domains passively using publicly observable DNS, email, TLS, certificate, HTTP-header, subdomain, open-port, and IP-reputation signals. Results include 0–100 ratings, A–F grades, evidence-backed findings, remediation checklists, assessment history, vendor portfolio tracking, team invites, shared portfolios, and in-app completion alerts. Assessments do not require agents, questionnaires, or access to the assessed organization’s network.
Essential costs €71.99 per month and includes ratings, vendor portfolio and rating history, remediation checklists, and in-app completion alerts. Pro costs €159.99 per month and adds portfolio-wide rating history, priority email support, and 50 credits of overage headroom, while retaining everything in Essential. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds custom assessment volume, multi-organization and team access, a dedicated account manager, and custom contracts and invoicing. Two-factor authentication is included, and email is the listed support channel.
