Agent and teller workflows support sending, receiving, payouts, refunds, cancellations, and inquiries, while the customer mobile app handles signup, KYC, beneficiaries, payments, and transaction tracking. Partner API access extends these capabilities to connected channels.
Pricing is scoped by organization and requires a proposal, making an initial sales discussion part of the buying process. The platform connects with partner APIs, banking systems, ERP and accounting systems, and payout providers. Payout coverage includes cash pickup, bank accounts, and mobile wallets.
