SMS Meeting sends appointment confirmations, reminders, notifications and transactional messages from Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar or connected business software. It is designed for SMEs, charities, administrations, healthcare providers and other organizations that need calendar-based reminders or operational SMS communication. The product runs on the web and through an API, with a Microsoft-certified Outlook add-in, a Google Calendar extension and support for dynamic appointment fields.
Pricing is straightforward for smaller teams. Essential costs €7.50 per user per month and includes SMS confirmations and reminders, calendar integrations, customizable templates, dynamic shortcodes, message history and email support. Pro costs €9.50 per user per month and adds custom sender names, shared calendar support, Microsoft Teams team management and phone support. Enterprise costs €9,500 per year with 100 licences included, plus a dedicated account manager, analytics, service-level agreements, data governance and GDPR support. A 14-day trial is available, and subscription prices exclude VAT. SMS credits are purchased separately in packs.
