Providers can also manage public courses, corporate programmes, invoices and delegate records in one system. It is best suited to smaller teams that need core training administration alongside CRM and business management tools.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs 29 USD per month and includes CRM and contact management, lead tracking, invoicing and basic accounting, appointment scheduling, document storage, industry templates and role-based access. Growth costs 79 USD per month and adds the full module suite, sales pipeline management, project management and HR, workflow and marketing automation, customer support ticketing, plus analytics dashboards and scheduled reporting. Scale costs 179 USD per month and adds advanced workflow automation, custom KPI dashboards, priority support, higher volume limits, and advanced custom fields and form builders.
