The Starter plan is free forever and supports up to five users, with role-based skills matrices, expertise tracking, readiness and progress dashboards, and secure-link or email invitations. Team starts at $4 per seat per month, includes everything in Starter, removes the member limit through unlimited team members, and adds priority support. Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager with custom pricing, while the Non-profit plan is free for unlimited members and includes the core matrix, tracking, dashboard, and invitation features.
